Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”

“Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, and the atmosphere felt tense. The staff in the restaurant were stressed and curt, and despite being clear with our order, we received an extra dish we didn’t order, and another was switched to the wrong one. We didn’t touch either of these dishes, but they were still included on the bill, and it took 15 minutes of discussion with the staff to have them removed. “Roxy and Ramon are excellent hosts! My wife and I stayed for a week at their beautiful place for our honeymoon. They made it special for us, gave us ideas on local restaurants and also cooked up delicious breakfast! We didn’t want to leave, and the best part was the place itself. Our room was the Lapiz Lazuli suite with its own pool. It was spacious, clean and private. The location was perfect as you are a short distance from local eatery and boutique stores.
