“We stayed at Stayeva11 for a girls trip and had such a wonderful time! Dubravka & her staff (family run) were so incredibly kind and helpful. The location is in the heart of Dubrovnik, making it super easy and convenient to explore the city. Dubravka made our stay a breeze, helping us with restaurant recommendations, arranging airport transfers, and everything in between! The complimentary breakfast provided was also lovely. We cannot recommend Dubravka’s property more! ”
“Only an overnight to catch early morning flight, but as soon as we saw apartment we regretted not coming earlier. Great view of Dubrovnik and ocean from both balcony and windows in this top floor apartment.
Well planned layout with all essentials provided. Very friendly and helpful host completed first impression.
Only 10 minutes from old town makes this a perfect starting point to explore old Dubrovnik.
And town is truly worth more than half a day of sightseeing.

“Located inside the old town. This B&B is stunning. We were staying in the room 16. Beautiful wooden beams, spacious, little kitchenette, beautiful balcony overlooking the inside of Dubrovnik. The girl in charge of the little B&B is very friendly and brought our Breakfast inside the room the next morning and was delicious. Not cheap but worth it for a short stay. ”
“Hotellet hade rena och nyrenoverade rum som kändes både fräscha och bekväma. Frukosten var god med bra service, och restaurangen var också ren och trevlig. Läget var smidigt - det gick enkelt att ta bussen, men det var också en fin promenadväg in till stan. Området kändes säkert, även sent på kvällen. Jag trivdes verkligen och kommer definitivt tilbaka!”

“Great spot in the old town. Nice big room with kitchenette, safe, good shower and excellent air conditioning.
Easy enough to get into, just make sure you read the instructions as there’s a few different apartments in the building.
Hosts are responsive and helpful
No luggage storage as it’s all remote, but there’s a place just around the corner which is very reasonable if you need it”

Try out the hotel restaurants, they are fantastic.
A room with a terrace is nice but not a must have, try booking in the villa but if you have to choose there are plenty of outdoor space anyway at the hotel facilities.

We honestly didn’t miss a traditional breakfast at all, thanks to the fantastic 24/7 snack room. This was a brilliant feature, allowing us to have a simple and convenient breakfast at our leisure. Even better, being able to enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the rest of the day was far more valuable to us, adding immense comfort and convenience to our stay.
