“Bota is unique place & we felt very privileged to have stay within. I was unfortunately very sick & Mary is a beautiful caring staff member.Exceptional at her trade. Especially her breakfasts with fresh squeeze orange juice & lemon & ginger tea.
Karla also provided impeccable service & we highly recommend Bota Palace.
The only suggestions we could pin point is to provide visible reading instructions on the air conditioner ,Television & remotes .

“My family and I stayed in the apartment for 3 nights last week. The apartment itself is really cool, well equipped, and was presented immaculately when we arrived, well air conditioned and extremely clean. It's in a fantastic location too, so central and close to everything in the old town you'd need, be it a bar, restaurant, supermarket, boat trip, walk on the walls or whatever. Check in and out was easy and very flexible. Thanks so much. Highly recommended!”
“Only an overnight to catch early morning flight, but as soon as we saw apartment we regretted not coming earlier. Great view of Dubrovnik and ocean from both balcony and windows in this top floor apartment.
Well planned layout with all essentials provided. Very friendly and helpful host completed first impression.
Only 10 minutes from old town makes this a perfect starting point to explore old Dubrovnik.
And town is truly worth more than half a day of sightseeing.

“Ett fantastiskt hotell precis utan för muren i Dubrovnik. Nära till allt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Stort och rent rum, sköna sängar och inget ljud som störde. Frukosten var jättefin. Middag på hotellet kan jag rekommendera. En bra bar, med lättare luncher.”
“Celeste Palace is a fantastic place to stay! The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It’s just a short walk to everything, very close to the entrance of the old town, with bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and charming stay! Just remember that you have to walk with your luggage to stay in the old town.”

"An excellent 5 star hotel in Dubrovnik, from the exceptional welcoming reception, to the always friendly and service minded staff and of course, amazing luxurious rooms, in our case with a private terasse, beautiful spa and a must mention, the hotel exclusive direct sea access with sun chairs, service and absolute closeness to the Adriatic sea right at the doorstep of the hotel. All and all, a must stay in Dubrovnik, only a few minutes away from the historic Old town and all the buzz it is both calm and serene at Excelsior. We'll be back. Thank you to all the staff for working hard and making it a memorable stay!

Try out the hotel restaurants, they are fantastic.
A room with a terrace is nice but not a must have, try booking in the villa but if you have to choose there are plenty of outdoor space anyway at the hotel facilities.
Enjoy the amazing breakfast.
Ask for a sun chair at the sea front to experience the ultimate best of the Excelsior experience. The staff are attentive and always ready to help out! "

"Udemærket hotelophold. Lidt i den dyre ende prismæssigt, hvilket faktisk er okay hvis der er tale om “value for Money”. Dette hotel er min optik ikke pengene værd, og jeg havde hellere brugt 25.000kr andetsteds. Personalet er generelt flinke og det er tydeligt at de gerne vil give deres gæster et godt ophold. Andre personer i personalet er yderst uhøffelige, arrogante og snobbede. Personalet har ikke tilstrækkeligt styr på faktura og opkrævning. Vi blev blandt andet faktureret for et beløb med anden signatur og et andet rum på 60 euro. Derudover forsøgte hotellet at få os til at betale for en middag på 110 euro, en middag som vi allerede havde betalt. Vi havde naturligvis alle kvitteringer i orden som dokumentation."
