“Very accommodating and helpful, beautiful area, wish there was a restaurant in the hotel but there were plenty near by”

“The room I was in had a hole in the wall, holes in the curtains, large crack in back wall of shower, broken desk chair, no artwork or armchair like the room of the person I was traveling with. There was lots of noise and door knocking/ slamming the first night of the stay. Rust stains in the tub. I would not be willing to stay here again. The cost savings was not worth it.”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”
