“After a whistle stop tour of Rome, we thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights at this villa. The hosts were very welcoming, meeting us and accompanying us to the property as well as providing recommendations as to where to eat and shop for food, plus a very generous welcoming gift of brioche bread on arrival and a bottle of fizz on our last night. After a hectic time in Rome, we all completely relaxed at the villa - it is so remote and peaceful. The villa is very spacious and stays cool during the day...

“Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. ”

“Our family (8 people) gathered for Easter Vacation at the Poggio Verde villa. We have rented several villas in the past decade in Italy, Spain, Greece and France, but this one was definitely the most comfortable and peaceful one. We were lucky to meet the very kind owners and learn a bit more from them on the history of the villa and region. The garden is amazing, with old trees and flowers, plenty of spaces calling for meditation. We also liked the open kitchen which is fully equipped as well...

“The pictures online of this Villa do not do it justice. This villa is spectacular! It has so much space and yet at the same time privacy for your large group. Every floor could be its own apartment. There is a commercial kitchen downstairs which can be used for yourself or a private chef. The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. They were very responsive both before and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property for a relaxing...

“The location was excellent! We couldn't have been more happy. We were a party of 10 (8 adults,2 kids) and this was perfect spot for us. There was plenty of room, well equipped, and everything was very clean. The views from this home are so much better in person, than the picture’s online! Check-in with Jennifer was very helpful and check out was just as smooth. It's very close to all main attractions, restaurants, and lake. Driving up to the villa can be a little tight, but just take your time....
