The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. The staff who look after the house were all very easy to communicate with. The whole stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!”

“We had a really fabulous time. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The apartment was very clean,modern and so spacious. The facilities in the accommodation were great. Three great bathrooms (2 ensuites), and some fabulous bedroom spaces with very comfy beds. A great family living space with a big dining room and for warmer weather a little balcony to sit out on. The kitchen was well equipped and we were provided with basic toiletries, dishwasher tablets, plenty of toilet rolls, kitchen rolls...

“This was a fantastic, spacious apartment for our family of 4. We initially had an issue with the WiFi and host communicated very well, and sent a technician to fix it very quickly. The neighborhood is wonderful - far enough away from the crowds of tourists to enjoy a quieter side of Florence, but close enough to walk 10 minutes to be in the center of all of the major tourist attractions. ”

“They had late check in time and early check out time (1100). I asked if I could keep the room until 12 00 since our flight was at 15 00. Usually That is ok but here They wanted 20 euros for one extra hour or 30 euros for Two hours ”

“Awesome place a lot of space a small walk to the town center, there’s a little tapas restaurant the second you walk outside and you have the Michelangelo plaza directly above you. Only downside was it was a tad stinky but I think that’s most of what you get for an old Firenze building”
