Take a walk from the harbor to this lighthouse to enjoy the countryside far from tourists.
After 20 km as we were cycling from Amsterdam we arrive to this little gem outside the famous place. From here you can get the ferry to Volendam.
Tiny Village - Lighthouse is a long walk Its a tiny village life, and you would enjoy it if you like the rural Holland. But the show-piece attraction is a good three quarters of and hour walk one way. The lighthouse and the view it offers is nice, but its nicer if you were able to bike around.
