“We left a battery power bank. Went back to get it and the staff had it at the desk waiting for us. So thankful! Great place!”

“At check-in, I was notified that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Two days into my stay, there were ants crawling all over the floor. I notified the front desk who did offer to let me move rooms. Given how late the night was, I let them know I had killed the ants, but requested that the room be deep cleaned. I was told it would be deep-cleaned the next day. That day I worked 12 hours and had to bring my dinner back to the room. The room had not been cleaned. The hotel staff did let me...

“What staff there were nice but you could see staffing was sparse- symbolized by a bag of takeout food left in the hallway for 2 days . Beds and linens were very nice.”

“My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights while visiting the Seattle area. Although it's an older property, the rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The double room was large enough for our family. The breaksfast area was well stocked and we appreciated that it stayed open until 9:30AM, which meant we didn't have to rush to breakfast. Great value compared to other options and a convenient 25 minute drive into downtown.”

“The staff wasn’t clear that our room would not be serviced at all so we were disappointed. They sent someone to take our trash but didn’t clean and didn’t replace coffee. Overall good stay and I’d stay again just would be helpful to have clarity about servicing.”
