“The Residence was the perfect setting for a girls trip. All of us were 65 years old and we loved being able to take a walk around Baldwin Park every morning, use the pool, and then go into Winter Park. The house had everything we could possibly want. We loved grilling outside by the pool for dinner. We ate out for lunch every day. Would highly recommend and return to this property. Caitlyn was wonderful to work with.”

“We had multiple generations of our family all meet up in Orlando to celebrate a graduation. Three couples, two grandmas, and a newborn. All of the bedrooms were spacious, two had an en-suite (one upstairs and one down). Overall there are two bedrooms downstairs (1 with en-suite , one next to the half bath) and three bedrooms upstairs (one with en-suite and two share another full bath) laundry is upstairs as is a pool table. The hosts thought of everything and they even had a high chair and...

“Everything went well, the place is super clean and in order. Communication with the manager was prompt and check in was a breeze, just read the email instructions before hand and you're good. The townhouse is three floors with the master up top.”
