I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience ”

“I am not sure where to begin, but our stay at the Victorian Lodge in Windsor was absolutely amazing. Hamish was a wonderful host, and we could've stayed forever. There is something special about being in the English countryside, and our stay at the Lodge almost felt like we were inside of a storybook. If you want to be close to London/Windsor, but away from the crowds and the noise, you will not regret staying here. We had no issues getting food delivered, or getting rides to/from the lodge....

Unfortunately we received no check-in information until 3.45pm on the day of check-in, 45 mins AFTER the check-in time and despite multiple attempts to contact the owner/manager in the days before and on the day of check-in, via the email address and phone number provided. The lack of response was extremely stressful.”
