“For a first trip to London and a first trip staying in a Vrbo, this was absolutely wonderful. Farid the property owner was super helpful with the entire process. We were able to check in a little bit early when our flight got in before we were expecting and he was very gracious with the checkout process as well. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees.
