Come stay in our family home on the picturesque Bluebrook Rd, right off route 100 and a 6 minute drive to Mount Snow. It is rustic, cozy and walkable to restaurants and shops, bakery, 7-11, a movie theater, and the Moover Shuttle which will take you to Mount Snow and Wilmington and other towns. Enjoy our gorgeous 6 person hot tub, fire pit, wooden platform overlooking the brook to sit and relax or practice yoga and meditate, and a backyard with picnic table on 1.7 acres alongside Bluebrook. Recently added stairs down to the brook. Wade along the brook, take a dip. Great light in the morning in bedrooms and afternoon sun in our living room. Cozy up by our gas fireplace in the afternoon sun or enjoy our secluded backyard - walking around our house: you'll find a wooded hill overlooking Bluebrook Rd, follow our driveway from the bridge along the brook to the wooden platform with a screened tent or back through the woods to a natural fire pit and lean-to. Perfect for families, we lived here for 2.5 years with our toddlers and teenager. We provide a pack-n-play, crib sheet, high chair, bouncy chair, puzzles, toys and DVDs and streaming on TVs in the living room and game room. Across from our driveway is a great hiking trail with views of mount snow and also shared by the VAST trails for snowmobiling. Bring your mountain bikes, kayaks and snowshoes! Walking up or biking up Bluebrook Rd towards the North Access brings you back to 100 towards the North Access of Mount Snow. We have fiber optic internet so working from home is easy as others are streaming! We are avid skiers, snowboarders, snowshoers, hikers and SUP paddlers; we can relay planned trips! Southern Vermont has many festivals throughout the year: Memorial Weekend Brew Fest in Brattleboro Blueberry Festival, Garlic and Turnip Festivals, amazing 4th of July fireworks, events from the resorts of Mt. Snow (Block parties every Friday starting mid June), Stratton, Bromley, Okemo and Magic, and so many around the beautiful historic towns of Wilmington/Dover, Jamaica, Wardsboro, Townshend, Newfane, Bennington & Manchester and many more!! Pets will be considered on a case-by-case request with a pet fee.
