“The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. "The reception employees were not service minded during check in and out. I arrived at 11 am and asked about the possibility of early check in (anytime before 15:00 even paid for). The receptionist asked for my name and once I gave it, the reply was No, it's fully booked even though: - he didn't even check. - a couple that he helped before me got to check in. - when I came back in the evening and asked for a floor fan, the evening receptionist said he'd look for any available in the "unoccupied rooms". Concluding that morning receptionist lied and the hotel wasn't actually fully booked. "
