“Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet for breakfast.”

“Our stay started out on a bad note, as the young lady who checked us in was not at all pleasant nor welcoming. Not even a smile….we were tired after a long drive and a pleasant welcome would have been appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was very nice, with many choices. All in all, a nice hotel, and we would stay again.”

“No breakfast provided. Had to pay for breakfast at the hotel. Was under the assumption that there was a breakfast bar in the morning. Guess Not!”

“Viewing the site online was very different from pulling up. There were lots of utility trucks on the property It’s located in the back clearing of a wooded space so it looked out of place. The room had a dry strange odor. The bathroom looked nothing like the site. We had food left out that by morning was ant infested. The “I Love NN” sign on the site is NOT on the property.. was told it was actually at the City center tourist area(A.I can put things anywhere). Breakfast was so so (bacon was...

“Friendly staff, clean”

“The lobby staff were all amazing and highly professional. They treated you like you were spending 5k a night. Definitely felt like they all enjoyed their job. Highly recommend this place. From service to the nice rooms we were pleasantly surprised and will stay again.”

“Lady at the front desk was rude”

“Ett underbart hotell i anslutning till vingården och härliga omgivningar. Vänlig personal och förstklassig service. Det rum vi valt (Venetian suite) var precis så fint som vi hoppades. Vi var där under lågsäsong så öppettider på restaurang och bar var begränsade, fullt förståeligt, då vi var få hotellet. Vi återkommer gärna och rekommenderar varmt!”

“This is a newer property and reflects it! The rooms, lobby and staff are all excellent! I would definitely recommend staying here again.”

“Mycket bra hotell, rent och snyggt”

“We stayed for 4 nights and never received any room service to clean the room even after calling twice. Best we got was a maintenance man who came to the room with a garbage bag full of towels. Their excuse was that they were too busy with 300 check ins. It appeared like those that used Expedia to book a room was on the bottom of the priority list.”

“Clean room and friendly staff property was safe and quiet.”

“Clean room, nice staff”

“Staff was wonderful, pool was great, breakfast was delicious. Rooms were very nice and well kept.”

“Vid havet. Lätt att checka in. Lätt att parkera. Personal tillgänglig.”
