“The hotel itself is beautiful. We first visited about 10 years ago, and they have done a wonderful job remodeling and maintaining the property. Everything was clean and well kept, and the food was good. Unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, many seemed unwilling to assist and did not provide the level of hospitality you would expect from a resort in the service industry. “We stayed in Room Master Suite - the room was very old and needs some renovation and upgrading. Food was ok but they needs some more restaurants. Best food at the flor the sal. Italian restaurant was really bad. The location is the best, just wonderful and beach is awesome. ”
