“Our recent stay at Wyndham Alltra Cancun was unfortunately quite disappointing, especially considering the high expectations we had based on its advertised family-friendly facilities. The main reason we chose this hotel was for its water park and waterslides, which we thought would be perfect for our children. However, these facilities were closed for 90% of our stay. Given that this was the highlight for us when booking, it was a major letdown and affected the entire experience.

“Detta var ett unikt boende. Cancuns första shopping center som är gjort om till hotel är verkligen annorlunda. Mitt rum Gucci var stort med en bekväm king size stor säng. Ström uttag nära sängen på båda sidorna. Bra belysning. TV och kylskåp. Skrivbord och en chaiselong. Badrum med badkar.
Det var rentcoch fint. Vissa möbler kunde behöva lite färg. Dusch draperiet borde kortas.
Endast minus är att det är ljudhört. Man hör filk i korridoren och sina grannar.

“Our stay was lovely, we were greeted with champagne from our entrance to our exit was great. The staff is very friendly, attentive, caring and welcoming. Everyone had a smile on their faces. The dining area staff was very nice. We had the romantic dinner and it was phenomenal. The food was nothing short of amazing. The staff was just perfect. I would def stay here again. “Jättebra mindre all-inclusivehotell.
Mindre hotell som känns familjärt och efter några dagar känner man personalen. Maten var över förväntan trots att vi läst att många bokade detta just för maten. Tips är att boka a la carte middagarna (ingår i all inclusive men begränsat antal platser) de var jättegoda. Bra sushi och vår favorit a la carte var den asiatiska som hette la vista.
Vi reste två vuxna med två små barn.
De små gillade pommes med chicken fingers bäst.

“Att behöva betala 700 pesos extra för att min son spytt väldigt lite och jag skött 90% av städningen va småsint efter 12 nätter, 12 frukost, 10 middagar med dricks gör att vi lämnar med en besk smak i munnen. "The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella and undercooked potata bravas and squid. Overall the total impression was not good."
