Easy access to town through a paved road and right next door (walking distance) to the Mesa Market.

You will have full access to the property and the premise during your stay.

DETAILS
- New Build 1 Bedroom Home with Queen Bed

- We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils you'd need to cook your own meal.

- The outdoor amenities include: hot tub, firepit, hammocks, outdoor seating, outdoor shower and more!

- We have a Smart TV with all the streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, etc. for your streaming needs. Sign into your accounts and enjoy!

- The expansive desert landscape in the backyard with paved roads allowing you to access most parts of Joshua Tree area without needing a 4x4 car.

-We are right next door (walking distance) to the Mesa Market. It's not common to be as remote as Mod Pod while also still having access to a local market with most things you'd need during your stay.

◦ THINGS TO NOTE:
Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: no dirt roads.
Fenced yard: Not fully fenced
Outdoor Surveillance: A camera pointing towards driveway for the safety of the guests.
Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

Pets
◦ Pet Fee $95
- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour
◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address
* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
