Det här är ett femstjärnigt hotell i infrastrukturen men ett trestjärnigt hotell i management. Det visar sig i servicenivån, kvalitet på mat och dryck, underhåll av faciliteter med mera. Det är även ett All inclusive med många dolda avgifter där många aktiviteter och tjänster inte ingår i priset.

The room I booked was huge with an excellent shower. The room got really humid because I left the shower door open to ”air it out” so I recommend keeping it closed at all times as it seems to stop the ventilation from working properly. Dinner buffet wasn’t as nice considering breakfast and lunch was excellent, many options and actually seasoned food where you can alter the heat level with all the extra condiments they have on the side. Never had time to try the ala carte options though. Pool side gets really crowded however the beach was pretty much empty if you go there before the afternoon. The snack bar is open 24/7 so if you happen to be hungry after partying there is no need to worry. Age bracket was very mixed, as were the types of people such as singles, couples, families etc. Amazing location as you only have to walk 3-4 minutes up the street to get to the main tourist strip, yet it was pleasantly quiet at night in the rooms. The hotel also hosts different events such as silent disco, pool activities. There is an option to book tours inside aswell but I recommend looking them up online yourselves as they are much cheaper. You had to exit the entire premises to smoke as it is totally prohibited inside which could be important to know. Either way had an amazing stay and was really happy with my choice.

The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella and undercooked potata bravas and squid. Overall the total impression was not good.
