“Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“The space worked perfectly for 4 adults. The location was excellent to walk to local attractions, food spots and public transportation. The main bedroom was very spacious. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!”

“Our family of five was comfortable for sleeping, eating, and lounging. The unit looks exactly as shown in the photos. No surprises. The towels, sheets, and comforters are all new. There was enough bottled water in the frig for our entire stay. Same for paper products (paper towels, toilette tissue, etc.), dish liquid, hand soap, & shampoo.We had an issue with the electric circuit breaker upon our arrival. Gertrude had it fixed immediately! “Location could not be beat! Close to Central Park and subway near by to hit everything. Coffee and convenience stores close by. Living area was great to hang out, but we were mostly there to sleep, recharge and go again and it was perfect for that! Bedrooms were large, well stocked and bathrooms were clean and well lit. AC in each area made it easy to stay comfortable. Noise from upstairs as to be expected with this type of architecture. Would stay again for sure!”

“We searched forever to find something that fit our group of 4 and was affordable. This place was great. It's tight, but what isn't in NYC? There were some well thought out areas and space was maximized. The house is in a GREAT area that is close to the subway, restaurants, shops and markets.
