Great location. You are close enough to the major attractions via Subway. You have access to Central Park but the better surprise was the Riverside Trail along the Hudson River. Amazing space for families . Overall perfect spot- if you want a neighborhood vibe that’s not too far from the action.

This place was amazing and the location was perfect. Our family of six adults and two children were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Check in and check out was very easy. There were many dining options (both casual and upscale) within walking distance and the subway was also very close. I highly recommend this apartment as a great base for anyone to visit NYC. 10/10!

We stayed for 7 days at this property. The location is great and the home is exactly what we were looking for. Aside from a slight confusion about the address, everything was great. I understand they withhold the exact address for safety reason, but that part was not disclosed to us. The location is very close to what they show on the listing.

We had a great stay at this cute duplex on the UWS. Communication with the host was easy and created a smooth check-in and check-out process. The residence was very clean and well kept. The location was perfect for exploring the UWS and was close to cafes, restaurants, shops, and Central Park! We would absolutely re-book this stay!

Location could not be beat! Close to Central Park and subway near by to hit everything. Coffee and convenience stores close by. Living area was great to hang out, but we were mostly there to sleep, recharge and go again and it was perfect for that! Bedrooms were large, well stocked and bathrooms were clean and well lit. AC in each area made it easy to stay comfortable. Noise from upstairs as to be expected with this type of architecture. Would stay again for sure!

The location is great, place is clean and the 3 bathrooms was key for a group of 7. We had issues with the lock - getting in, getting out - BUT - Raul was great and resolved everything with little effort on our end.

Absolutely wonderful experience with an emphasis on exceptional communication and accuracy in description of the apartment. These are the two elements necessary for managing (and exceeding) expectations. It is always a pleasure when a 'home away from home' is managed by people that care enough to make things simple and enjoyable. Thank you all so much!

The host was great and very responsive. The duplex was clean and comfortable. It was 8 of us and we stayed 4 nites. Duplex is in a convenient location. Located near parks, restaurants and stores. We even rode the subway a few times. We had a few vehicles, but unfortunately NYC parking sucks...lolBut all in all we had a great stay.

Our host Raul was AMAZING! The little details in the Vrbo like having fully stocked toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent and so on were much appreciated. The kitchen had many cooking utensils and plenty of dishes for our group to use! We will be going back one day!

We had a fabulous stay! Very clean. Great location between Riverside Park and Central Park. Accessible to subway/taxis or very walkable to Central Park/Times Square/Rockefellar center. Raul, our host, was always available to answer questions. We were 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids, ages 1-11), but would be plenty of room for 4 couples as well.
