“The reason I booked this is because they have an airport shuttle nowhere. Does it say that you have to call the hotel which by the way is impossible because it goes to a reservations desk number can’t talk to a human. Waited for an hour ended up paying $60 to get an Uber to go 5 miles…. When we got there, the person that checked us in said well you needed to call us and let us know you were there. We don’t have a shuttle that just does a rotation through the airport. I said you should state that...

“Coffee maker in the room wa broken. Coffee shop on Lobby was closed. Other than that, hotel was very nice, and the venue they provided for the VCF was excellent. It was difficult to navigate their parking system app that promised fre parking for guests, but never asked if you were a guest or just a visitor. Will have to wait until next credit card statement arrives toser. Staff at front desk had no clue regarding the third party app or determining if fees were actually waved or not.”

“This might be the worst hotel I've spending a night at. Booked a non smoking room. The room totally stinks from cigarettes. The bed frame is broken, efficiently turning the king size to a single bed. The bathtub had no stopper/plug rending it useless as a bathtub. The room was dirty, other people's hairs everywhere etc. The WiFi didn't work at all, the receptionist said his manager needed to restart something, but that never happened. Avoid this piece of junk. You would probably sleep better...

“Very affordable option for an overnight stay before an early flight. We were able to leave our car here and use the shuttle service to get to the airport. It was much more affordable than parking at the airport, and we felt confident knowing our car was safe while we were away. Overall, a convenient and cost-effective experience.”
