Overall, nice facility and clean however there was visible damage/repair in the bathroom and the pillows definitely needed replacing-older, thin and did not offer support. My only two complaints—but definitely would consider going there again—but bring my own pillow :)”

“I gotta say, whoever thought it was a good idea to have the bathroom doors slide 'over' the opening should be fired - I don't leave the bathroom door open at home but with this door design it might just as well have been opened.”

“What I did like is that it was close to where I was going. What I didn't like was the rude staff members that I encountered with on the phone and in person. I don't know if I would stay at Crown plaza property again and this was my first time. I have thirty plus years of Customer service experience and I know how it can be at times but if you don't like the job plus proper training you should not take the job.”
