Stayed in Saddleback suite, lush big stand alone bath, with seperate (powerful) shower, huge comfy bed, all plugs had USB fittings, well decorated, comes with a fan for the warmer weather, views to the back of Blencathra. Nice big beer garden to enjoy a drink or 2. Perfect location for a bus into Keswick or starting point for a walk, Threlkeld to Keswick railway route 4 miles straight into Keswick. Really nice breakfast the next morning with a slightly later and much appreciated 10.30 kick out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very very nice stay and 100% we will be returning.

Staff were friendly and made the stay enjoyable.
The fish and chips was excellent with lovely and very fresh haddock. Easy access to Derwent Water. Decent free parking.
Would most certainly stay again.
