“Accommodation was great, clean and newly refurbished with spacious room and good shared kitchen/laundry facilities. Shortage of forks/mugs however in kitchen. Good location near university with lots of nearby buses and train to centre. Accommodation could do better with recycling though and communal lights left on 24 hrs etc. HOWEVER I extended my stay and was NOT given the new door code so was forced to wait for more than 2 hours outside until the ‘emergency’ phone number picked up. “The accommodation must be better for living no matter how many days of stay. There were bugs seen at first night of our stay but fortunately our children didn’t notice it otherwise it would be difficult to stay there for couple of days. Overall, it isn’t worth to stay there regardless of the less amount of stay.”

“Rum av bra storlek, välskött och rent, rummen är avskiljda från huvudbyggnaden. Rustik känsla med synliga bjälkar, rätt nyligen renoverat. Precis brevid en väldigt gammal kyrka som vi tyvärr ej hann besöka. Trevliga ägare som serverade en äkta engelsk frukost på morgonen. £5 med taxi till NEC men går även att promenera enligt ägarna. Familjen har hästar man får gosa med. Enda negativa kan vara att flygplanen hör tydligt när de flyger över, vi sov dock gott trots detta. Väldigt hjälpsamma ägare....

“You get what you pay but very run down property and amenities were not up to scratch. Really noisy building so if you are wanting a good night sleep then good luck. Check in was really easy and good but front door seems to be not closed properly by others so never felt fully safe during my stay. Again it does the job and you get what you pay for ”
