“I booked this thinking it would be a smooth transaction. 1. There was no parking and no parking was burred under a whole lot of bla bla bla. 2. I was not told that I need to check in online 24 hr before. I had to send my driver license and my picture as a criminal in order to check in. 3. They also wanted to check out online which I have not done yet. 4. The place is in middle of down town which I was not aware of.
