“Was here for a hen do and this house is absolutely perfect. The photos don’t do it enough justice! It is stocked with everything you need, the rooms are large, great location, easy check in. Babs was super responsive and explained everything clearly. Will 100% return again, we had the best weekend ever ”

“This is such a beautiful house to rent for a large group. Excellent location, a 14 min walk from the train station and right by the Lanes. The kitchen has all the items you'll need for your stay, including 3 coffee makers! The beds are comfortable and the house is quiet (due to all the fire doors!). The host is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!”

“House is massive, brilliant for the amount of people you want to stay. Host is quick to respond. Did find some old food in cupboards and appliances but nothing too major! ”

“Ideal place to stay whilst catching up with family. Spacious sitting room/ dining room great for comfortable dining and post meal relaxing.Parking space adequate for 1 car. Fully enclosed large brick paved yard for dog safety.Welcoming prossecco on arrival. Old wood and brick built barn conversion, charming with interesting decorative features. Poynings village peaceful and aesthetic, with pub a few steps down the lane. Loved our stay and will definitely book again when in this area.”

The host was very prompt in answering any inquiries that we may have had.”

The carpets hadn't been vacuum and the tiled floors were sticky. The leather settee and chairs were cracked and grimy. The bed linen was clean but old and faded. Uncomfortable old matressess. Kitchen equipment like saucepans and baking trays needed replacing. Even found dirty cups in the cupboards. Very...
