âThe hotel itself is a 5 all day. Not sure why all the pics have a fireplace and the room doesnt have it, but its summer so no big deal. Nice clean room with fancy jacuzzi. Even had headrests and changing colors etc. Nice bathroom. Bed a bit small but pretty comfy. Outdoor lounging area with privacy screen. All of it was good really. The bad is that the food wasnt great. Some was ok. Some was just bad. And service was polite and kind, but just not professional. Things came out at random times and...

âGĂŒleryĂŒzlĂŒ hizmet, Temizlik ve oda bĂŒyĂŒklĂŒÄĂŒ gayet memnun ediciydi. Sabah kahvaltısındaki çeĆitlerin lezzeti tam puanı hakediyor. Daha önce adada çok daha pahalı yerlerde konakladım fakat bir sonraki tercihim kesinlikle yine burası olacaktır. â
âThe hotel is amazing, the hosts are amazing people who are very considerate and welcoming. Everything is thought of, and the building itself is well maintained and interesting to stay in. This is just an ideal place to stay while spending time on BĂŒyĂŒkada. â

"Our stay at Elite World Grand was overall lovely, the hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful interior.
One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast, it was truly wonderful, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that we looked forward to every morning.
The only downside was the experience before arrival. We had contacted the hotel to help us arrange a taxi from the airport, and although they initially responded, the communication eventually stopped completely. We were left without clear information and had to arrange a taxi on our own last minute, which was quite stressful after a long trip.
That said, once we arrived, everything went smoothly and we had a pleasant stay. With just a bit more consistency and follow-through in their guest communication, especially before check-in, the hotel could offer an even more seamless experience.
