"Very happy about my staying at hotel Matilde. When it comes to service, the staff literally over-peeformed so I want to send them some love to start with ❤️ They chatted with me upon our arrival and booked a restaurant for our visit. When arriving the room, they showed us in and everything was clean, fresh and the bed was really nice. The day after, we needed to catch an early flight so they booked a cab and prepared breakfast. This was far above the expectations so we ate really thankful and happy. Obviously, the hotel was great too, modern och super-central. Highly recommend! Forza Italia greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪 "

"The perfect stay, away from the chaos of centro storico. Enjoy all the things Napoli and its surroundings offer during daytime, then walk back to the hotel to relax at the rooftop bar and the more laidback atmosphere around the marina area. A perfect combo."

"Väldigt praktiskt läge nära stationen, men såklart lite ruffiga omgivningar. Modernt hotell av hög klass. God frukost som man kunde äta på takterassen. Vår enda invändning var att kön till (den enda) kaffemaskinen ofta blev lång."

"Nice staff, especially the very helpful man at the breakfast. Clean hotel and easy parking in the garage just under the reception. The private parking was extra nice considering the chaotic streets of Napels. We used room service a few times and it worked very well. Our room seemed to have some problem with the heating system as it was constantly 26 °C and we were not able to figure out how to change the termostat. The staff didn't seem to be able to change it either, but we solved it by just opening the balcony doors. Also, when we arrived at the room, the fridge was not pre-cooled which would have been nice after a long day of travel. However, the hotel had a nice bar and restaurant so this was a minor problem. The restaurant was nice, with good food and a very nice wine collection of great Italian red wines. Our room had a great view of the ocean and we could watch the sunset from a sofa by the window. We also had a jacuzzi by the window that we used a couple of times and it worked great. Overall, this is a very nice and clean hotel that can really be recommended."

"Vi hade två nätter på hotellet. Vi tyckte båda att det var överlag väldigt bra och enligt förväntan. Personalen var trevlig, frukosten vad bra och det kändes okej rent. Sista kvällen hade vi problem med kondens i ACn men inget som påverkade helhetsintrycket. "
