“The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young...

“The resort itself was beautiful, and the pool was nice, but it would have been great to have music playing throughout the day to create a more fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. The buffet was probably the best dining experience we had. The staff, however, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The sports bar was probably the best place to hang out, but even there, entertainment was very limited, with little to keep the energy or party going....

“We had a wonderful trip. The staff were excellent, they truly made you feel like you were on vacation. We participate in the family concierge and had a sweet. Beautiful view, clean room. The kids had a blast at the kids club and playing in the kid pool with the waterslides.
Our concierge Jared was great and Luis our pool waiter was unbelievable. Great recommendations and very personable.”
