“Food, clean rooms , and staff ”

“Överlag är vi nöjda. Incheckningen gick smidigt om än väldigt liten lobby/reception. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Storleken på rummet var väldigt bra, dock kunde de vara lite sega på städningen av rummet men fullt förståeligt med tanke på antal rum. Frukost och middagsbuffé restaurangen var väldigt liten med tanke på antal gäster och det blev väldigt högljutt och rätt stökigt. De två à la carte restaurangerna var mycket trevligare att boka och ett stort plus att man kunde boka de obegränsat...

“Real bad price value ratio. Staff unfriendly, especially management. Service really bad for a high star hotel. Beds unmade when we arrived in the middle of the night, took 30 mins to get someone to do them. To few elevators to cater for all guest with horrible waiting times as result. Everything at hotel is at rip off prices, like a bag of Cheetos for 14 dollar in the hotel mini market”

“Our stay at the Krystal Cancun was a 10/10! The entire grounds are spotless, and the staff is courteous and attentive. THAT BEACH!!! It's so clean, such clear blue water, and the waves are safe for children! I didn't realize how different the shoreline and water is further down the coast. different the water is further down the coast”

“We absolutely loved Oleo. The hotel is beautiful, the beach is clean, and our room was lovely. This is not your typical mega-resort — it has more of a boutique feel, which we really enjoyed. We had breakfast at Azul every morning on the patio overlooking the ocean. Don’t forget to ask for hot coffee and bacon, since those aren’t on the buffet. The omelet station, fresh fruit and juices, and oatmeal were my favorites. We ate at both specialty restaurants and loved them — no reservations needed,...

“All of the staff at the Hard Rock Hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming, but Jesus at the concierge desk truly stood out. He was consistently helpful, patient, and genuinely thoughtful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed throughout our stay. His warm attitude made everything easier and added an extra touch of comfort to our trip. We also tried several restaurants at the hotel, and Frida was by far the best. The food, atmosphere, and service there were on another level compared...
