"A great experience, especially if you have small kids as they had plenty of pool and non-pool activities to keep them busy. The food was ok in the mexican and italian restaurants (according to our tastes), however it was really good in the steak house and the buffet restaurant. Note: the steak house requires prebooking. We missed a bit more greens and veggies in the evening snack bar. One more con was that the private beach had too much sea weed (which they tried their best to keep clean) and that it didn't have the amazing turquoise water (as in the Hotel Zone). Other than that it was an amazing experience, mainly because of the staff in the entire resort. They always succeeded in answering an questions or requests. One thing we really appreciated was that it was possible to use ALL of the facilities even after check out since our return flight was late in the evening. And on this note have to give extra kudos on the hospitality room which is basically a fully equipped place to shower after check out."

"Karen in the reception took really good care of us, made us feel welcomed and comfortable when we checked in. She was very friendly and talked about the country we are from."
