The design and decor were super chic, rooms were immaculate, staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and on top of it. Food was great, spa was amazing. Wow all around. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
