“Very surprised about this hotel! after staying at several much more expensive places in Miami we didn’t have high expectations ( after being disappointed about all other hotels). Our room was nice, clean and you feel very comfortable.The staff was helpful and friendly, way better than hotels that we stayed at in south beach. Expect value for your money! We found a parking spot just down the harbor for $20 for 24h. ”

“Always stay within this building when staying in coconut grove wether that be with family or on my own. The self contained apartments are always a winner! Great location for everything within the grove. 20 mins to inter Miami stadium, 25 mins to the airport and 30 mins to the dolphin center. Great location and really great host.
