Strandhotell i Coconut Grove

“I had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and comfortable and the service from the employees was great! Some parts of the room looked a bit old/ run down but it was still fresh and clean and I would really recommend it!”

“Yes”

“Unique, beautiful and very service orientated hotel in a great location.”

“Mycket fint hotell i de allmänna utrymmena som lobby etc. Rummen rätt ordinära. Omgivningen tråkig.”

“Very surprised about this hotel! after staying at several much more expensive places in Miami we didn’t have high expectations ( after being disappointed about all other hotels). Our room was nice, clean and you feel very comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, way better than hotels that we stayed at in south beach. Expect value for your money! We found a parking spot just down the harbor for $20 for 24h. ”

“Bra läge, gratis parkering och bra lägenhet med mycket plats. Extra plus för kök och tvättmaskin. ”

“Great Host”

“Love staying here!”

“The view was great. I always enjoy the Arya and Coconut Grove. This unit was well maintained. The stay was compromised by neighboring units. Maybe the walls were too thin or maybe I was just unlucky to have visitors on both sides that were audibly loud (music played too loud and too long into the night and voices heard through the wall verifying their enjoyment of their stay.)”

“Clean and well planned apartment in a good location. The apartment is a few years old, so somewhat worn but functional. Comfortable beds. Ok kitchen with what is needed. Large bathrooms with older bathtubs. Good pool area with heated pool. In total we were satisfied and recommend the apartment.”

“Very clean room. Great location, and staff was very friendly, and helpful.”

“Beautiful view! And walkable to everything!”

“We enjoyed our stay! Everything was just as described! Location was great and central to the Grove. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate! The electric blinds and full-size appliances were bonuses! The pool and workout room was the cherry on top!”

“So much construction going on literally the floor above our building…no warning at all or discount. Couldn’t even sleep for 4 hours each night. Was a complete waste.”

“Clean room, very responsive host. Great building.”

“Room was spotless, great view!!”
