Studio Apartment for 2 with Terrace
Summary:
We are Flora, an apartment hotel located in central Amager, Copenhagen. The apartments are part of a newly built complex and include terraces or balconies with greenery. Interiors are kept in a calm Scandinavian style, drawing on soft tones found in Danish coastal landscapes. Close to the city’s largest beach and a short metro ride from the city center, Flora offers fully equipped apartments with easy self check-in and access to our hotel services.
The Space:
This studio apartment is set up for up to two guests and is located on the ground floor of the building. The layout combines a living and kitchen area with a sleeping space, a dining table for two, and a terrace with outdoor sitting. The bedroom space is elevated and accessed through 2 steps. The apartment has been designed with care and set up as a functional, fully equipped home.
Amenities
→ Sleeping: 1 bed (160 cm), linens + towels, dim-out curtains
→ Bathroom: 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, eco-friendly toiletries, hairdryer
→ Kitchen: Mini-fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso machine + pods, tea
→ Tech: Free high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV with casting option
→ Comfort: Shared laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers, in unit iron and ironing board, vacuum, eco-friendly household cleaning products (hand soap, detergent, and dishwasher tablets)
Luggage can be stored free of charge in individual, code-secured lockers located in the building’s basement, where the laundry facilities are also situated.
The building has its own character, and while amenities are consistent across apartments, layouts may vary slightly.
Guest Access:
Our concept is simple: the apartments are fully equipped and carefully designed, accessed through easy self check-in with a personal code, and supported by a 24/7 online reception for anything needed before or during the stay.
Extra services can be arranged through our Guest Hub, including additional housekeeping, late check-out (available for purchase until 1pm, depending on availability), and baby cribs and high chairs at no charge. Free mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for visits of eight nights or more.
The Neighborhood:
Flora is located on Ved Amagerbanen in the Amager district of Copenhagen, a newly developed residential area with a local, everyday rhythm. The neighborhood is a mix of housing and small businesses, with supermarkets, cafés, and daily conveniences close by. Amager offers easy access to both the city and the waterfront, with Amager Strand, Copenhagen’s largest beach, within walking distance. The area sits slightly removed from the busiest parts of the city, while connections to the center typically take around 15 minutes. Copenhagen is well known for its food scene, and we keep restaurant and café recommendations in our Guest Hub. We’re also happy to help with suggestions or assist with bookings.
Getting Around:
Getting around Copenhagen from Flora is straightforward. Public transport connections are nearby, with metro and bus lines providing easy access to the city center. Cycling is a practical option as well, with bike lanes connecting Amager to the rest of the city. Central areas such as the Inner City or Nørrebro are typically reached within 15-20 minutes by bike or public transport. From Øresund, the closest metro station, Copenhagen Airport can be reached in around 7 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
A construction project is taking place next to our building, and some noise may occur. A tower crane, site fencing, and occasional heavy vehicle traffic may be present. While the project is not connected to us, we stay in contact with the developers to remain informed. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, and pets are not permitted

Our reception is available around the clock by text or phone. We keep guest support practical and reliable, and we’re here to help with anything needed before, during, or after the stay. Fresh towels, extra housekeeping, or local tips are just a message away.
