Luxury Apartment in the heart of Copenhagen

This 250 sqm luxury apartment is placed in the heart of Copenhagen close to Amalienborg Palace, The Marble Church and Nyhavn. Besides the four bedrooms, the spacious kitchen and living room, the apartment also features a 100 sqm private rooftop. The apartment is newly renovated by the book so it appears completely newly restored.

The apartment features very high ceilings, carved doors and window panels, whitewashed wood flooring. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, four master bedroom with Queen size beds and/or two single beds a living room and a big bathroom with a bath and shower.

The apartment's facilities include brand new equipment & appliances: Dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, induction stove, washing machine and dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine - Bang & Olufsen television with full package channels, Apple TV, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, iron & ironing board.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building without an elevator.

Ny Adelgade 7, 3 is owned and run by former ballet dancer, Byron Mildwater, who is easy contactable.

Copenhagen K as we call it in Denmark, is the historical heart of Copenhagen, dotted with church spires, historic buildings, narrow alleys and excellent shopping venues.


Our favourite spots:


Kafferiet: Absolute best coffee experience in town! There are two cafés in the city centre -one at Esplanaden and one near Kongens Have (Kings Garden)
Pastis: A true French Bistro serving classic dishes from Steak frites to Tartare. Can recommend both lunch and dinner.
Store regnegade, Grønnegade and Gammel Mønt: Perfect places for shopping.
Beau Marche: A fantastic French inspired interior store.
Nansensgade: Along this street, you'll find cool cafés and trendy second hand shops
Kongens Have (Kings Garden): Take a walk in Kings garden. During summer it is also the perfect place for a picnic.
Kastellet: Perfect for a walk and a cup of coffee.

Public transportation is a two minute walk away and you can get to the airport by the metro within 20 min.

The building’s main door locks automatically once closed. Always carry your key when leaving.

If a key is lost or you are locked out, a replacement fee of 500 DKK (cash) applies.
