The hotel was a little confusing to navigate with the several locations and properties around the palladium area, but staff as well as the butters had us covered in no time. “Other than all the seaweed on the beach the resort was really nice. I didn’t kno Cancún was known for heavy seaweed. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Food and restaurants were good but nothing to rave about. A place more for relaxation than to let loose. Overall 4 out of 5”

“We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres. The resort itself is absolutely immaculate—everything was spotless, well maintained, and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruit always available, which we really enjoyed. Lunch had plenty of good options, but our absolute favourite was the wood-fired pizza and gelato—both were excellent and something we looked forward to every day.
