  • Welcome to a Mordern and Spacious experience in the Heart of Dublin City.

    Along with being centrally located, the Property has large windows with beautiful balcony with lots of sun light shining through. Being within 3-5 mins walk from of the Dublin City center and its key landmarks and all modes of transport.
    The apartment has 1 large bedroom and 1 large premium Sofa bed with 1 washroom to accommodate a family and friends upto total of 3/4 persons.

    Its has all household amenities needed with spacious bath tub to relax after long day for site seeing.

Nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The weather and time did not permit use of the beautiful wraparound deck for our 1 night stay. We stayed on a Saturday night. Street parking was next to building and we only needed to plug the meter for 3 hours. Beds were comfortable and the 2 1/2 baths were clean and functional.

The apartment was in a perfect location. It was a 5 to 10 minute walk to tourist attractions, shopping, restaurants, but it was very quiet at night, which is great for rest. The apartment was very clean and the views of the city were amazing. There were five of us in the apartment as a family two adults and three older teenage girls. It was convenient to a grocery store so very convenient in total.

We were in Dublin for two nights. Upon arrival we were delighted to find the apartment had far exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and spacious. The views of the city were stunning and the large outdoor patio gave us the opportunity to dine outside. We highly recommend the unit for anyone traveling to Dublin. The neighborhood was very walkable with restaurants and pubs nearby!

Had an excellent host! We had a superb stay in this centrally located apartment. Nice views of the river and close to Trinity and all the bars. When we had questions about the unit, host was responsive. I'd highly recommend the unit and the property!

The apartment was close to Trinity, quiet and safe. The apartment could have been better cleaned before we arrived. A few items in the apartment should be replaced based on wear and tear and stains.

Overall the apartment itself was good but our stay was hampered by several unacceptable issues. The apartment was fairly nice and in a good location - walking distance to nearby hotspots. However, we experienced several issues below. While the host communicated some of these issues (and some were likely resulting from building maintenance), it does not excuse the fact that they negatively impacted our stay. The issues included: - extended periods without both hot and cold water access (leaving us unable to flush toilets or shower) - Multiple days without an operational elevator/lift, leaving us to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs carrying heavy bags - Loud construction, drilling, and hammering noises early in the mornings from the floor directly below, which disrupted our sleep. Outside of the above issues, the apartment itself was fine and the host was a good communicator, but these issues should have resulted in a partial refund and the host was unwillling to grant that request.
