"There was mold in the bathroom. The shower head was broken, so the entire bathroom got completely soaked every time we showered. The breakfast was completely unacceptable. The space was very small and there were huge crowds. Only one person was making omelettes, which meant we had to wait at least half an hour in line before it was our turn. The juice tasted really bad and the pancakes were cold. It was truly disappointing. The hotel is old and run-down. It is also very large, which means you constantly have to wait for the elevators. We booked a superior apartment, and the sofa bed that the children were supposed to sleep on was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was so thin that you could feel the metal underneath. The pillow they made the bed with for the children was just a regular pillow from the bed stuffed into a pillowcase. So poor, especially considering we paid £870 for one night!! Book another hotel – anything is better than this, unfortunately. The only positive thing about the hotel is the girls working at the reception."

"Standard på boende i England är sämre. Sängarna var sköna, frukosten var kaotisk men utbudet var bra. Läget var bra! "

"Rent rum och bra säng! Hade inte frukost inkluderad. Bra läge, bara några minuters gångväg till tunnelbanestationen Russell Square och ca 15min gångväg till centrala London. Fint område, även om vi inte var så mycket just där."
