“Overview: At first glance, the house appeared beautiful; however, it did not match the description provided in the listing. Although it was advertised as a "Luxe" property, the reality was far from luxurious. Bathroom Issues:One of the bathrooms was closed and not functioning. Additionally, another bathroom had a sink that leaked. For half of our stay, there was no hot water in half of the bathrooms, which significantly impacted our stay. ".The hotel is medium sized and clean both inside and out. The staff are very friendly - especially 10 stars to Nabil who worked at the main pool. He was always happy and willing to help. There is also a free shuttle bus to the beach in Naama Bay."
