“This condo is at just the right height, not too high up, but high enough to give a great view of the ocean and beach which is just steps away. And there’s lots of retail and restaurants nearby. We went as two couples. The main bedroom is very nice; king bed, ocean view, large closet and bathroom. The second bedroom, while comfortable, is definitely the kids room. No frills and no view. We weren’t there for long, unfortunately, but that was a bummer. Otherwise, very nice!”

“We booked this property for a Memorial Day getaway. We have been to Destin many times and love the area. This condo was great! Clean and easy to navigate in/out. Furnishings were lovely and very comfortable. Being beachfront meant we spent many nights on the balcony listening to the waves. Would stay here again.”

Our place was comfortable, clean, well kept and decorated perfect for the beach! The only problem we ran into was we couldn't all take hot showers. I'm wondering if the water heater needs turned up.”

There’s very little counter space and no dish towels. The coffee maker was weird, had no instructions and appeared to need a good cleaning- not the kind of appliance suited for rental property. The furniture could be reevaluated for usefulness and space efficiency.”
