âHotellet och restaurangen Ă€r bra! Det som störde oss var att kapaciteten pĂ„ hissar kontra gĂ€ster inte Ă€r ok under vissa tider. Vi fick tidvis vĂ€nta ganska lĂ€nge för att komma upp och ned. â
âFrĂ€scht och bra. Men vi kunde inte göra sĂ„ mycket pga Corona och personerna i receptionen hade inte sĂ„ bra koll pĂ„ lĂ€get och vad man fick och inte göra. Men annars bra!â

Contacted this host and they gave me no solutions and refused to refund me my money or move me into a new room. We spent money on food we had to throw out because stove/microwave didnât work. âWe stayed one night at Hyatt. It is a nice hotel, very well located, walking distanse to Bayside Market and to Brickell area.
The room was very big with comfortable bed and amenities.
The only issues we could think of are: bathroom design feels old, and employees aligment and knowledge about late check-out and luggage drop possibilities was bad. We were given two different prices for luggage storage and two different rates for late check-out. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel if you are looking...
âGale Miami is a brand-new and modern building with spacious, beautiful roomsâif you choose the right category. The design has a distinctly Scandinavian touch, which makes sense given the Norwegian ownership. Our room had a stunning view of Bayside, adding a special touch to the experience.
This was our second visit to the hotel, this time as a family of four, including two kidsâan eleven-year-old boy and a nine-year-old girl. The hotel is undeniably popular but also clearly understaffed....

The pool was closed during our stay and this was not informed about before we booked the hotel. We could however use the pool in neighbor Hotel.

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, big rooms with a kitchen that really has everything you need. The pool and the gym were amazing, however the patio where most of the sun was (because otherwise other buildings around were shading the rest of the patio) was being refurnished during our stay there but there was no information about it. The one negative thing I would say would be that there was a lot of smoke smell everywhere and even in the elevators people were smoking pot. I was standing in the elevator with a man and three escorts and he was very unpleasant, so I didnât like going in the elevators by myself without my boyfriend. I think the hotel should really intervene when they see this kind of behaviours. However, overall we had a good stay and would probably stay there again. "
