âThe hotel and rooms are excellent. Having an on site washer and dryer with our two kids was very convenient. The staff are all excellent. Our host David was very professional and promptly responded to and facilitated our requests. The one drawback of the suite is that it does not have daily housekeeping like the rest of the hotel. David however scheduled a ârefreshâ for us when we asked. We would definitely stay again.â

âThe facilities are great, gym is great, pool-area is relaxing and the service in that area is top notch, Russel was great and we felt really taken care of.
There were some issues with check-in and cleaning, but we were compensated so altogether they stay was incredible.â

âWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, big rooms with a kitchen that really has everything you need. The pool and the gym were amazing, however the patio where most of the sun was (because otherwise other buildings around were shading the rest of the patio) was being refurnished during our stay there but there was no information about it. The one negative thing I would say would be that there was a lot of smoke smell everywhere and even in the elevators people were smoking pot. I was...

The Beaux Arts - was simply put amazing. The service, the room, the breakfast well everything in fact!

I was standing in the elevator with a man and three escorts and he was very unpleasant, so I didnât like going in the elevators by myself without my boyfriend. I think the hotel should really intervene when they see this kind of behaviours. However, overall we had a good stay and would probably stay there again. "
