“The Condo at the Four Seasons allowed me to get a room when the hotel was otherwise fully booked. Because it was a condo unit it had the added benefit of private bedroom, living space, and kitchen. The only 'ding' I'd give it is it required a somewhat invasive documentation process to get set up - namely scanning my drivers license in advance and sending it to a non-Four Seasons third party.”

“Had a family medical emergency and needed a place to stay close to Jackson memorial hospital and the place was only a 10 minute walk. Everything from cleanliness to amenities was great and communication with host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again if was in same situation. It’s close to expressway so a bit noisy other than that great!”
“Everything nice , two problems , nobody take care your room is you are empty on something need to go down stairs and ask is you can get paper toilet or a clean towel honestly . Bad in that aspect and off course the valet parking is expensive and sometime we need to run to get the car in the street because is full almost the time during the day in front of the hotel and that is no safe is a small space when you need to get your car ”
“Had a lovely week stay at the Elser. The amenities such as the Gym and the Pool area are just completely one of a kind and outstanding. We hade a spacious One Bedroom apartment with a kitchen and lovely view towards the bay. The location is superb and makes Miami more or less walkable in terms of getting to Brickell, Brickell Key, Downtown, Wynwood etc. The close proximity to the Metromover makes every distance very convenient and a Lyft or an Uber to Miami Beach is very cheap.

"Fantastic hotel with amazing pool and gym. Minus that there was so little food and breakfast to buy and that I had to wait several days for things missing in the room. Location was perfect. "
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, big rooms with a kitchen that really has everything you need. The pool and the gym were amazing, however the patio where most of the sun was (because otherwise other buildings around were shading the rest of the patio) was being refurnished during our stay there but there was no information about it. The one negative thing I would say would be that there was a lot of smoke smell everywhere and even in the elevators people were smoking pot. I was standing in the elevator with a man and three escorts and he was very unpleasant, so I didn’t like going in the elevators by myself without my boyfriend. I think the hotel should really intervene when they see this kind of behaviours. However, overall we had a good stay and would probably stay there again. "
