“Fräsch lägenhet som ligger väldigt central i Florens. Lägenheten hade ett kök så man kunde göra frukost och middag. Trevligt personal och snabb kommunikation. Det enda som drog ned det lite var de hårda sängarna.”

“Overall this is a great apartment - but the issue we encountered is related to the inaccuracy of the listing in regards to the beds. The listing states there are two double beds. It does not specify that the second bed is actually a pull out sofa bed. It's in a sitting room with sliding doors that does allow for privacy, but no bedside tables and the mattress is incredibly thin. It was not prepared when we arrived - I suppose because there were only two of us. We would not have booked if we knew...

“Perfect location, felt safe, comfy beds, amazing water pressure for showers, easy to get places as it was centrally located, AC, easy check in/out, would stay again. Cons: 3 floors worth of steps to climb to get to apartment, wifi didn’t work in apartment accept entrance hallway, no shampoo, only one set of keys (didn’t ask/request for more but with teens wanting to go back earlier than parents, it made it challenging…especially when teens fell asleep and no wifi to communicate= locked out....

“It was great spot, nice clean and very comfortable units. However booing it though Expedia was a disaster, no phone number or any other arrangement made and we arrived at the property hoping to have someone help us checking in. Eventually a shop next to the appointment contacted the property management and she kindly came again and provided us with all details. Every thing else after was fantastic.”

“This is a very, very nice apartment. Located in the middle of Florens, easy to reach all the attractions such as Ponte Vecchio (50 m), Uffizierna, Palazzo Pitti and the garden of Boboli. The apartment has everything, charm, all equipment you need and the manager is realy nice and helpful. We can realy recommend a visit here. /Ingemar and Margareta from Sweden”

“Great location just around the corner from the main train station. Aircon works very well and our rooms were a good size. Please bear in mind it's a city centre location so it did get a little noisy from 0630hrs as our rooms were street side. Kitchen facilities were a tad limited with a hob kettle rather than an electric but it does have a washing machine and dishwasher as listed. Overall a great place.”

“It was urine smell in the bathroom which didn’t go They suppose to fix it before people come to check in Nothing was done to fix it”

“The description of the property is very accurate. We were very excited about the location of the property. Very close to most popular attractions. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The shower was a little tight but manageable. We would recommend this property for anyone visiting Florence. The walk to and from the train station was less than half hour. We did a tour with WalkAbout Tours and they were excellent as well.”
