“We really enjoyed the stay. I would suggest that anyone with heart issues consider a different location. The location is up hill, then the apartment is at the top of the building. We did not recognize the elevator (lift) at first so took the stairs with our luggage in the beginning. It was pretty rough coming in late at night. BUT that should not detract from the overall beauty of the location. If we’re doing a longer stay in Florence 3-4 days, I would definitely return to this property. ”

“We had a lovely stay at Tessas house/apartment! The house corresponded to our expectations; very clean, spacious, very nice patio with stunning view. The pool area was very nice with beautiful lavender (and lots of bees!) and view. Nach dem sehr herzlichen Empfang von Renate mit ihren drei wunderschönen weissen Hunden haben wir uns sehr schnell in unserem Feriendomizil eingelebt und uns wohlgefühlt. “This was my second place in Florence, and was our absolute favorite!!The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs. We were picking up my daughter from university and this house was close to everything we required. Need an affogato? Just around the corner!! Host was so kind to let us store our 9 pieces of luggage early. Warning: there are many stairs!! But do some squats and no problem. I plan to go back and stay here in a year or 2.”

“This beautiful old house in Greve is very charming and true to Italian style, made of stones. The downstairs room is a combination of bedroom and living with a TV, with access to the yard. There is bathroom downstairs. Upstairs has two connected rooms with queen size beds un each and one bathroom. Downstairs there's a good size kitchen with a fridge, stove, and a table. My only issue with the place was that there were no screens on the windows so when you opened them sometimes you'd get flies...
