“Trevligt och lugnt ställe att bo vid vistelse i Florens. Fantastisk utsikt över staden. Rent men enkelt. Vi sov mycket bra här. Personalen var hjälpsam. Lätt att ta sig in till Florens med buss. Några trevliga restauranger i närheten. ”

“Välutrustat hus och fin och vacker trädgård. Saknade dock två solsängar eftersom vi var sex vuxna och det bara fanns fyra. Rent och välordnat överallt.”

“Perfect location, walk to EVERYTHING! Beautiful apartment that looks exactly like the pictures. Lorenzo was a wonderful host. Greeted us upon arrival, helped with our luggage, gave great restaurant recommendations and booked us taxis to leave. Highly recommend and we hope to come back!”

“This property is just as pictured and more! The location is perfect and quiet yet just a 2 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The restaurants that are close by are amazing and the walk ability to everything is a bonus. Now, if taking a taxi from the airport myself and my friends both experienced this…they will not drop you off at the door. They drop you off at the top of the street and you will walk about 100m. Not a big deal unless you have more than 1 piece of luggage on a cobblestone street. I...

“Superb location - close to restaurants, train station, and Arvo River. Kitchen has all necessary items and tupperware for cooking. Extra duvets for beds, and the AC on both floors were super appreciated. Host was quick at replying.”

“Es har uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Pool ist fantastisch, die Terasse wunderbar. Die Betreuung durch Roberto immer nett und sehr zeitnah.Wir würden uns für die Zukunft über Auflagen für die Liegen an der Wohnung freuen. Falls irgendwann mal die Matratze im Doppelbett getauscht würde, wären zwei einzelne Matratzen besser. Dann wird man nicht wach, wenn die andere Person sich dreht oder aufsteht.”

“Leuk en mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht. Klein zwembadje (niet verwarmd) met een leuk terras. Het huis is authentiek ingericht, met mooie meubels. En met een mooie oude authentieke trap. De matrassen van de bedden zijn een beetje hard. Het huis is goed schoongemaakt en ruikt fris. Op elke kamer is airco. De keuken is voorzien van vaatwasser, oven en grote koelkast. Vuilnis moet zelf aan de straat worden gezet, gesorteerd, 200a300 meter bergopwaarts. Het huis ligt mooi gelegen, vlakbij Gambassi...

“Claudio’s villa is excellent. Five of us stayed for four days and we found the property to be clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the patio are excellent. The drive into Firenze is short enough that it’s not a deterrent but you’re far enough away from the city to enjoy the rural atmosphere. Claudio recommended a great local restaurant, Edy Piu, less than 10 minutes from the house that was fantastic. I will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.”

“The location is amazing. House is surrounded by hills and valleys. Perfect view of Tuscany. Plenty of amenities. Very spacious and clean house. Stay is on the second floor so be prepared to carry the luggage. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. The shower drain was not properly draining so was a bit of an inconvenience since we were 8. Good for smaller groups. Highly recommend this stay. I was there during the end of March, was a bit chilly but I am sure it will be more beautiful in...

“This beautiful old house in Greve is very charming and true to Italian style, made of stones. The downstairs room is a combination of bedroom and living with a TV, with access to the yard. There is bathroom downstairs. Upstairs has two connected rooms with queen size beds un each and one bathroom. Downstairs there's a good size kitchen with a fridge, stove, and a table. My only issue with the place was that there were no screens on the windows so when you opened them sometimes you'd get flies...

“The apartment is at the heart of the small village, central to several great restaurants and practically across the street from the incredible 11th century abbey. The place was very clean and has been recently renovated, but still had a very historic feel to it. Emanuel, our host, was very friendly and gracious. He offered several personal recommendations to restaurants and a wine tasting at a nearby castle, all of which were great! Would definitely stay here again!”

"Bra boende som passar barnfamiljer. Mycket bra pooler och restaurang i campingområdet. Öppettiderna var också väldigt bra på de olika ställena på campingen, stort plus att poolerna hade öppet ända till kl 20:00."

"Rent och fint, modernt hotell. 4 byggnader med källargång och takterass som kopplar samman hela huset så man kan gå igenom alla fyra byggnader. Bra frukost, trevlig personal, spårvagn, buss precis utanför hotellet. Från villa constanza bussterminal till hotellet med spårvagn lätt att ta sig emellan. "

"We had an absolutely amazing experience at IQ Hotel Florence – truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the historic center and all the main attractions of Florence. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot. The service was outstanding – the staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was the best and most complete we’ve ever had in a hotel, with a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to all tastes. The hotel itself is modern, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious, with a complimentary minibar that was restocked daily, plus coffee and tea facilities. The overall comfort and amenities were top-notch. In short, this was a truly sweet and unforgettable stay. I highly recommend IQ Hotel to anyone visiting Florence – it made our trip even more special."
