The property is split over several floors and has an abundance of modern features including a/c throughout the house. The house is located in a suburban area outside of Florence and takes about 25 mins to get to the city center by taxi. The property has ample space for about 4 medium sized cars. We rented a 9 seater van...

“Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host.”

"As everyone knows, looking for a hotel is a job that can prove to be worthwhile. The Social Hub Belfiore Florence. Has most everything and more than we wanted. Good rooms. AC, refrigerator. Breakfast buffet, Rooftop with running track, bar, restaurant, Roof pool 08:30-24:00, garden. Exercise-wise. Stairs 126 steps, gym fully equipped with everything open 24 hours. Laundry room included, Garage, bike rental, cafe, playroom, pool table, view of all of Florence, cast on TV, close to train station, tram, airport etc etc. "

"Sängen var den hårdaste plankan dem hittat, resten utav hotellet var utmärkt. Pool med väldigt fin utsikt, likaså gymmet. Lite udda att det delas med studenter men inget vi märkte direkt under vår vistelse. Finns bra restauranger och cafe i närheten samt inte långt ifrån gamla stan med attraktioner."
