“Nice property”

“Good location, really nice rooms and close to the beach ”

“I would honestly describe this as more of a motel than a hotel. The photos are definitely enhanced and do not reflect reality. Some of the images shown do not even exist in real life. The lobby photos, in particular, are not accurate at all. It almost feels like false or misleading advertising. I barely had any contact with the staff. There were only two breakfast options available. However, the breakfast staff were friendly, and I have to admit that the breakfast itself was quite good. The...

“We get there and they didn’t have the room set up The resection made phone calls so they let them know what room to give us.”

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“Allt var bra! Rent, fint och bra kontakt med de som arbetar. Även ett kontor att arbeta på. ”

“room was NOT as advertised, it was dirty, smelled musty, stains on sheets, was getting bug bites all over, stains on sheets and bed frame, the door outside is so loud it constantly wakes you up all hours of the night, staff is nowhere to be found and takes forever to respond, it’s also on a bad street where cops are constantly there getting someone for drugs. i will never in my life stay here. i contacted the property multiple times and they won’t respond”

“It is a very old hotel. That I understand. But everything should be working. The television in my room did not work and the bathtub did not drain. My room was changed once I complained. The staff was friendly”

“Väldigt rent hotell/rum läget mitt i old san juan ”

“Stayed a night here together with my husband before traveling to the east coast of the island. The service was excellent and the hotel is located relatively close to the airport and has free parking. A complimentary breakfast can be had at a nearby café/restaurant. Will stay here again if I come back to San Juan. ”

“Enjoyed my stay here. Clean, hot water, a beautiful kitchen, the air conditioner worked great and the bed was super comfortable! Price was affordable. The host was very good at keeping me updated and communication was 10/10. Definitely recommend!!”

“La propiedad es hermosa, todo limpio. Lugar seguro. Comunicación excelente. 200% recomendado.”

“Clean room, excellent location”
