âOkay room size, quite comfortable bed, good shower, but man was that aircon noisy! It sounded like a jet plane was taking off, some sort of motor generator inside the wall in the room itself was powering the fan and that, unfortunately, brings down my overall rating of this hotel. The breakfast was mostly tasteless with the exception of the pineapple which was good, otherwise everything else available tasted of....nothing at all. Not overly impressed with this place, plus they add on 35 dollars...
âOur room was amazing! It's right in the heart of old San Juan, walking distance from almost everything you'd need. Rental car not needed when you're staying here, and you won't find parking anyway. â
âThis was the perfect location. One day we literally walked everywhere we wanted to see and visit. From the moment you walk in, it smells nice and clean which is always a good sign for me. Staff very friendly and the rooms have everything you need, the hand held steamer was our personal favorite.â

âVilla Herencia is ideally located in old San Juan, and the hotel building has a long history, apart from being one of the most beautiful hotels weâve ever visited.
It is a boutique hotel in its purest form, perfect for people who want that little extra, the authentic old San Juan experience. Itâs probably less for families with small children and more for couples looking for a luxurious getaway, and golly, itâs perfect for the latter!

âVery beautiful boutique hotel, super clean and smelled so good everytime we walked into the building and walking the hallways. Beautiful pool rooftop. The bar area had great service and delicious drinks. Will definitely be returning.â

âI booked Hotel El Convento for an after cruise stay for my husband, myself, my two adult kids and their spouses and we couldnât be happier with the experience. The staff couldnât wait to help us with all of our travel needs and our stay here was the highlight of a two week 50th anniversary celebration! There may be closer hotels to the pier, but this was an experience in itself. â
