“Me encantó todo !! Espectacular !!”

“We get there and they didn’t have the room set up The resection made phone calls so they let them know what room to give us.”

“Parking was a little challenging, but most of San Juan is the same”

“Väldigt rent hotell/rum läget mitt i old san juan ”

“Muy accesible”

“I would honestly describe this as more of a motel than a hotel. The photos are definitely enhanced and do not reflect reality. Some of the images shown do not even exist in real life. The lobby photos, in particular, are not accurate at all. It almost feels like false or misleading advertising. I barely had any contact with the staff. There were only two breakfast options available. However, the breakfast staff were friendly, and I have to admit that the breakfast itself was quite good. The...

“Bara en kort övernattning innan kryssning Väldigt rent och fint”

“Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is +, close to Old San Juan and City and Airport . Rooms were clean. Check-in process was smooth. Room was ready when we arrived. Parking was available, only parking card did nto work properly. Had to get them activated 2-3 times . Pool view was kind of okay, don't bother too much abt it. Pool ride was under renovation.”

“Mycket mygg på rummet, ingen fjärrkontroll till TV. Och fattades handdukar och tallrikar.”

“Parking air conditioning good staff and helpful hot water”

“El hotel es precioso y los empleados super serviciales, lo único que cierran el acceso a la piscina a las 7pm cuando el check-in es a las 4pm, a lo que te acomodas pierdes 1 día de disfrutar en la piscina. El estacionamiento está demasiado caro, deberían de bajarlo, porque lo que cobran por noche es exagerado. Por lo demás todo excelente 😊”

“This place is amazing! We were glamping right next to the Puerto Rico Botanic Gardens. The tent was clean with an amazing private bathroom and a very nice bathtub! All the tents have a mini refrigerator, dishes and utensils, a microwave and a front porch. We had a great night listening to all the night creatures, like the coqui. There is a very nice pool. The owner was very helpful and nice. It includes a great breakfast with fresh fruit. There is a dog in the property that is super adorable!”
