“Valerie and Laurent went out of their way to ensure we had a very enjoyable stay. The room was large and comfortable with a wide balcony affording great views of the ocean. The road there is steep and winds around but we had no problems driving there. Being sround 7km from central Papeete, it is close enough to drive there and to get to the ferries to Mo'orea. It is away from the congestion of Papeete, making it a relaxing place to stay.”

“Spacious 3 bedroom villa with great air conditioning in bedrooms, wonderful deck and plunge pool. Handy to have washing machine. Close to good restaurants. “This is a great property if you wish to explore the south side of the island, or if you have your own vehicle. Unfortunately it is NOT 2.5 miles from the airport or the cruise ship port. It is on the opposite side of the island, Depending on traffic, a 90 - 150 minute drive. $115 taxi drive. You can get a 3 day tourist bus pass for 1 franc (a bus ride is 4 francs) but the busses stop running at 4:00 local time. “Overall, I thought it was nice and comfortable. Google maps originally took me to the wrong place, but we got it sorted out. They seem to have a fair number of animals - besides a couple of dogs and a cat, I definitely heard a rooster as well. So it could be a little disruptive overnight when you're trying to sleep if you're not used to that sort of thing.”

Extremely clean and the communal kitchen area was well stocked with everything you can think of.
