“Even though it was extremely expensive for its low standard (2 stars?), I booked the hotel because they were supposed to guarantee early check-in & late check-out as a Gold member. At arrival I was required to pay half a day's cost to check in early. I had brought food with me since their restaurant is closed mostly post-covid, but there was no way to heat it. Nor was there a fridge in the room, but when I asked for one they came up with it while I was sleeping knocking on the door to wake me,...

“Great for people traveling with a pet. We have a 24 hour drive every summer and this is a great mid point. We take the dog to the dog park in KC—then he gets to join us for a nice meal. This makes it relaxing and stress free for all of us. ”

“Lovely, renovated older home. Decorated to the nines. Welcome champagne was great. Only downgrade: smallest toilet (room?) ever. Wonderful area to walk around and view homes, and very close to the art museums and the Plaza. Will stay again.”

Every time someone in our hall closed their door, it would rattle ours (loudly, and in the late evening, it woke us up every time). Not sure if there is a way to fix that. Overall, great stay!”
