âThe apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers.â

The apartment was clean and tidy, needed a bowl or a plug in the kitchen sink so you could wash up, also a brush and brush pan so you could sweep the every day crumbs etc up. The shower was very hot, impossible to make it a comfortable temperature.

âThis is a blatant misrepresentation of the accommodation, you assume the photo on the advert is the building but it is not. The actual building resembles a derelict house with badly peeling black paint and grubby door and windows in an unattractive area where it feels unsafe to leave your car.
The inside is slightly better but has torn flooring, wallpaper that has seen better days, uncomfortable seating, poor shower and cheap linen.

"We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful.
The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV.
The location was perfect. It was very central and right around a lot of bars and restaurants, but you couldnât hear anything from outside if you were in the room.
Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!"

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel with a great staff. The room was kinda big. There is no cleaning in the room if you stay there for 2 nights. The room was very dusty and the sheets on the bed was dirty.
The bathroom was good and the shower was okey.
We could'nt hear anything from the rooms next to us so the isolation is good. "
"The photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online."
